Thompson Eslick is a boutique commercial litigation firm situated in the Sydney CBD.  It specialises in company disputes, directors’ liabilities and shareholder issues.  It also acts in regulatory investigations undertaken by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, the Australian Prudential and Regulation Authority and other Authorities. It  also provides advice on dealings with stockbrokers, licensed financial advisors and dealers.  

The firm appears regularly in the Supreme and District Courts of NSW, the Federal Court of Australia and in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.

The firm enjoys an excellent reputation within the Sydney legal community.  It receives a number of referrals from major firms such as Mallesons Stephen Jaques, Henry Davis York, Atanaskovic Hartnell and Gilbert + Tobin, as well  from barristers and senior counsel at the NSW bar.
