Peter has been in practice for 29 years, specialising in commercial litigation. He worked for a period at Mallesons Stephen Jaques in Sydney as a senior solicitor in its dispute resolution/ litigation area, before accepting a position as Civil Litigation Consultant with the then ASC before setting up his own practice in 1993.
Peter has had extensive experience in commercial litigation and in advising and appearing on regulatory investigations and hearings
Over the years Peter has acted for multinational corporations, listed and unlisted public companies as well as private companies in a wide range of commercial matters and disputes. He has also acted for directors and senior executives and other individuals. He has appeared representing clients at ASIC examinations and hearings, as well as at various government enquiries including the Cash for Comment Enquiry, the HIH Royal Commission and the Oil for Food Enquiry. |
